His role involved managing one of the world's largest oil refinery terminals at Jamnagar, ensuring operational excellence and safety.

Position title: Director

Captain Ravi Prakash is a Master Mariner with over 30 years of global merchant shipping experience. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Sciences from Mumbai University, he has progressed through various levels of responsibility in the shipping industry, with expertise in dry bulk and port agency sectors, holding leadership roles in notable firms. In the past 9 years, he handled over 2,000 ships at a leading ship agency and port company. Additionally, he has been Operations Head and Port Captain at several ports across India and Asia.

Vinay Tiwari

Position title: General Manager

Mr. Vinay Tiwari has more than 14 years of rich experience in the maritime sector, covering ports and shipping, and has collaborated with prestigious entities like Adani Ports and Sez. Prior to joining our company, he dedicated almost four years to the renowned consulting firm Ernst & Young LLP (EY), where he was involved in projects for the Gujarat Maritime Board, managing the operations of 48 minor ports in Gujarat. Sameer Shah

Position title: Legal Adviser

Mr. Sameer Shah is an experienced Advocate from India, International Arbitrator, and Mediator with 26 years of legal practice. A Director at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) - India Branch, he specializes in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), having served as Sole Arbitrator and Tribunal Member in diverse disputes including construction, commercial, and maritime cases. He also represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations, as well as litigation before Indian courts, including admiralty matters. Mr. Shah has provided critical advisory services to the Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB), drafting safety regulations for Alang Ship Breaking Yard and supporting jetty agreements and shipyard leases under Gujarat's Port Development Policy. He has also contributed to the Shipbreakers Association on the Hong Kong Convention draft.

As the proprietor of S.U. Shah & Associates and Senior Partner at Trust Legal, Mr. Shah offers services in arbitration, litigation, ship financing, charter parties, and transactional documentation. His expertise extends globally, with memberships including the Court of Arbitration for Art (Netherlands), Greener Arbitration London, ENRAP, and BAIAC Singapore.

Puru Bakshi

Position title: Technical Consultant

Mr. Puru Bakshi has over three decades of work experience in marine operations including ship management, ship repairs, and dry docking of oil tankers, tugs, passenger ships, and many more. He is an alumnus of Delhi University, where he earned his graduation and then went on to DMET in Kolkata to pursue his engineering degree in Maritime Engineering. He has also experience of monitoring and controlling various ports’ services and ships with respect to technical challenges, quality, safety, environmental and occupational health systems, statutory compliance, training, human and other resource management, and planned and condition-based maintenance.
